Each of our journeys began long before they became offered journeys. They were shaped through real-life experiences, years of working alongside people, and ongoing theological research. Rather than offering quick solutions, each journey invites you to explore a different aspect of the Christian life and discover how faith can be lived authentically in the midst of everyday life. We do not offer the journeys as stand alone offers, they are part of a membership, explore, practice or journey. Membership is community, everyone begins somewhere. Whether you are simply exploring for free, ready to begin practicing, or looking to go deeper, and journey with us, there is a place for you here. The Mindful Shift
The Mindful Shift was inspired by Adri's current PhD research, which explores the role of the Church, the body of Christ, in cultivating spiritual and religious capital for social development. Through this research, she recognised the growing popularity of secular mindfulness and self-help practices, alongside a need for Christians to better understand what mindful, attentive living looks like through the lens of Scripture. This recognition led to the creation of The Mindful Shift, a journey that invites you to rediscover a distinctly Christian way of cultivating awareness of God's presence, learning to abide in Christ, and living faithfully in the ordinary moments of everyday life.

The Steward Shift
The Steward Shift grew out of Adri's Master's research (2023) in Practical Theology, which explored what Christian stewardship looks like for leaders seeking to contribute to sustainable development. While the research focused on organisational leadership, it soon became clear that stewardship is not only for leaders, it is a calling for every follower of Christ. This journey explores how we faithfully steward our lives, relationships, work, gifts, and resources for God's kingdom.

The Exodus Shift
The Exodus Shift was born during Adri's early career, when she spent up to three hours each day commuting in traffic. She often reflected on how many people spend their lives feeling trapped by relentless busyness, pursuing success yet longing for freedom. Inspired by the biblical story of Exodus, this journey explores God's invitation to move from striving and survival towards the abundant life Christ offers. This 42 week journey was completed and made available online during 2025. Once a week we discover the destination where the Israelites camped and what they experienced during this 40 year journey and how/if it applies to us today.
