Welcome to The Wink Movement. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.winkmovement.com and any products or services purchased through it. By accessing this website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Our Products and Services

We offer online coaching programmes, digital courses and related services. Full details of each product or service, including current pricing, are displayed on the relevant pages of this website before you make a purchase. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Payments

Payments made on this website are processed securely by Paystack, a licensed third-party payment service provider. We do not collect or store your card details directly; all payment information is handled by Paystack in accordance with their own security standards and terms.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase before access to any product or service is granted, unless a payment plan or deposit arrangement has been agreed in writing.

4. Access

Digital products/services: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive access to the course/programme / by email within 1 hour.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Requests for a cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Once a course has been accessed or a service has commenced, it is non-refundable, at our discretion.

Use the website and our services for lawful purposes only;

Not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or normal functioning of this website.
